POSTPARTUM wellness COACHING

As a society we often put so much emphasis on the birth and forget about the sacred postpartum period. This unique offering ensures that your postpartum journey isn’t an afterthought. My in-home postpartum preparation sessions will prepare you for a successful recovery and smooth transition into motherhood.

Postpartum Wellness Coaching will cover the following:

Postpartum Planning

I will guide you and your partner on developing your postpartum plan. We’ll discuss your wants and needs as well as what you envision your postpartum experience to look like. We’ll walk through your options from infant feeding, diapering, sleeping arrangements, visitors and how you’d like your partner or family to support you. We will develop a list of support networks, resources, your self-care routine, a meal train and whatever else you need. Your plan will be specifically tailored to the needs of you and your baby so you can have a comfortable and pleasurable experience in those first few weeks at home.
